As the top says, anyone have any advice or tip for me.

I'm so tired I sleep 10 hours at night plus I have to take naps during the day.

I have 6 Month DS who needs attention and wants to be carried around.

I saw my doctor on Friday and all she said "that is totally normal, nothing you can do about" and she is a mother of two children..
I get the feeling from her that she doesn't care and everything in her eyes is normal
I'm 8 weeks now with DC2 but my tummy looks like I'm 20 weeks. I told her I have the feeling that I'm further along. But still she does not want me to have a scan. I'm only getting a 20 week scan and that is it..
Where I live they are limited on midwife's so I didn't get one..

I'm so tired I can't keep up with housework or taking really good care of DS. My hubby is a great help but still I feel like I'm letting them down..

Twins maybe?? Sorry your GP not more helpful-it's not surprising you are exhausted being in the early stages if pregnancy with the demands of a baby. Take it easy and hopefully when you get into the second trimester you will start to feel better. Sorry cant be more help

What??? Only a 20 week scan? That's too late for a nuchal translucency which is usually around 12-14 weeks. I would be booking a private scan or going to a different antenatal clinic in another area temporarily. However I must say, for the first 4/5 months of this pregnancy (DD2 due May) all I did was sleep and vomit. Never felt so physically drained in all my life.
Hope you feel better soon

I was literally exhausted with my 2nd from the moment I conceived until the moment I gave birth. The good news was I felt awesome immediately after, so his early weeks were a piece of cake!

take a good multivitamin and some iron supplements (I recommend Solgar Gentle Iron or Floradix with Iron)

Sleep when you can, lower expectations, cancel anything not absolutely necessary - in other words be in "survival mode" until you feel a bit more energetic.

And I give you permission to not feel guilty about anything.Smile

Congrats on baby news!Thanks
