4 cm in a week!!!

I'm just over 38 weeks and have just been to see my mw who has said my bump has grown 4 cm in a week!! normal?!

Was your midwife concerned? IIRC the variation in accuracy of measurement/positioning of baby is so much that a couple of cm over normal doesn't really mean much.

No she didn't seem concerned at all, I'm just amazed it can grow that much in a week!
