am 35+3 and having a planned section so obviously don't need it for labour as I (hopefully) won't be having one!

but I have heard that it can help the uterus shrink down afterwards, does anyone know if its true / have found it works for them. as at 34 and dc3 god knows I will need all the help I can get in that department :o

Best of luck X

It does help shrink the uterus however I'd probably start drinking it post-natally rather than while still pregnant if you're having a planned c section.
