When did you have your 12 week scan

I've just had the appointment letter for my 12 week scan, which will fall at 14.5 weeks.

I know obviously its a dating scan and I may not be that far along etc, but it now seems soooo far away!

When did you guys have yours?

myn is when im 11-4 isn't that to late for your nuchal scan? Can you phone the hospital and ask for a earlier appointment?

Just had a google and found this on the FMC site

The gestational period must be 11 to 13 weeks and six days.

Op may have opted not to have the combined screening in which case 14weeks is fine. If you are concerned it is too late perhaps try ringing the scan dept and ask if they can bring it forward?

I think the time they do them varies by area. In my area they said they do all of them before 14+1. Last time I was preg my scan was on my 14 week date, but I think that was because they could leave me late as I had opted out of the nuchal fold test. This time I'm still awaiting an appointment letter at 10+5, but expect it to be about 14 weeks again.

I've just counted again and its ok I am being a dunce anyway, its 13.5 weeks.
I had a tiny panic but the nhs website said nuchal scan is ok before 14 weeks 1 day so I think it'll be ok. Plus I am in Rome the week before :-/
It's still so far away to meet my little Pea :( and another few weeks of worrying if everything is ok.

Here you go. They can do the nuchal fold test up to 14+1.

I was going to tell my friends at 12 weeks but I am worried I will jinx something (I know I am probably being daft) but I already have a belly at 9 weeks, and I am running out of "I'm not drinking" excuses!
Think I will just have to be brave and tell them.

Mine is between 10 - 13! I had mine at 11 + 6

Mine is at 12w5d, which feels really late! I would be antsy too :)

Thought I was having my scan at 12 weeks but it turned out I was 13+5! I was sceptical though, as for that to be right I would've had to have conceived while DP was away. By my dates I was due about 4 days after the date I was given at my scan and sure enough, that's when DS arrived!

Mine was at 14+4, and hospital wouldn't make it earlier, so DH and I had nuchal done privately. At the scan though I was put forwards a week, so we actually had it at 15+4 although the dates for 15+4 make much more sense.

Just had my appointment through today and mine is booked for 12+6. That's still 5 whole weeks away!!!! I wanna see mini mallow now!!!

Is it bad that I can't remember ? I have only had the one pregnancy too and it was only 4 years ago.
It was around 12 weeks anyway.

I had both of mine at around 10+5 as I have loong cycles and going on the date of my last period I should have been just over 12 weeks.

mine was 13+3 but due to spotting we caved and got a private scan at 12 weeks. silly, but i just don't think i could have waited any longer!
