can I use anything to make them go away??? A recent occurrence and quite large. :(

Honestly, a very generous helping of sudocreme was the best!!

Always use the suppositories, the creams don't work for me

Also, eat just meat and veg/fruit for a few days with as little fat as possible. If I eat too much fatty food they always flare up. Totally linked to diet for me.
