Anyone have 3rd dc fully engage at 39 weeks and make it to due date?

Ile be 39 weeks on fri with dc3. Just seen mw and she said it is fully engaged. Dc2 did'nt engage untill the labour at 40+8, so im concerned that this one engaging already may mean ile go into labour earlier.
As far as i knew its more uncommon for second and third babies to engage prior to laour.

Normally that would be a good thing except this time im having a planned c section next tuesay due to pelvic surgery last year and i cant have a natural labour.

Mw said to just get up to hospital asap if any signs of labour begin and ile have an emergancy section but the idea of that scares me and i really wanted to avoid this situation if possible.

So anyone fully engage at this stage with dc 2/3 and still go to or over their due date?

My second DS was fully engaged at 38 weeks but popped out and only engaged 45minutes before she was born on her due date!

Thanks for replies ladies, glad to hear it doesnt neccessarily mean dc will be arriving before next week! Ive been so stressed about going into natural labour this time, tuesday cant come quick enough!
