Aches and pains

Anyone else have a front bottom pain? Like it's been bashed or bruised?? This is a new symptom for me...

Yes, i have this too. It came on about 20 weeks...i'm now 23ish. How far along are u?
I also get it at the top of my inner thighs. It's not excruciating but feels bruised when i walk. I think it might be spd ...basically all the bones are loosening. If it gets worse see a physio (i have my 2nd appointment tmrw) but i think it's relatively normal. Hopefully some other ladies can enlighten us!

Yep iv got it, spd symptoms. Try get your mw to refer you to physio coz there are options to help like belts and excersizes. I really struggle to turn in bed, get out the car etc its fairly common in pregnancy from what i gather
