Paternity Leave weeks split

I am hoping someone can give me a definitive answer.

My partner is entitled to 2 weeks paternity leave from work and we were wondering if the 2 weeks have to be taken back to back or can be split? ie. one week after the baby is born and the other week the following month? Does anyone know?

Section 2 says all in one go:

Yes, fairly sure it is all in one go, as pp says. BUT, it might be worth asking if you can split it? Depends on the job, I guess, but could be better for them and therefore they might allow it?
