I have just bought some raspberry leaf tablets today and wondered when you were allowed to start taking them. All the bottle says is to consult your doctor about taking them if you were pregnant!! I am currectly 31 weeks and think you are able to take them from around 35/36 weeks. Anyone know for sure when you should/shouldnt take them?

Tbh I've actually heard you can't until 37 weeks.

Raspberry leaf tea is reputed for bringing on labour (whether it does or not is another matter!) and as a baby isn't considered full term until 37 weeks I've been told never to take it beforehand.

Have you looked at the childbirth board?? There is a currently a thread on there about taking the tablets from 34 weeks, it might help with some answers.
