I'm enjoying doing yoga for pregnancy... s'great... hoping maybe it's going to be good training for a sort of internal dialogue with my body during labour (ponderous face emoticon). But would really like to supplement once weekly classes with some sort of relaxation cd, nothing too cheesy, just leading you through exercises with perhaps bit of music but emphatically no dolphins. Not sure if this is the right place to post this thread but wondered if anyone had tried any that they recommended? I have seen a specifically childbirth related one on Amazon but loathe to buy without knowing more... Anyone else doing Yoga?

Sorry, don't have any suggestions but would look for similar. Totally agree about the dolphins - I trained as a massage therapist a few years ago and if I hear another tape of running water/dolphins..... grrr!! Good luck, please keep us posted.
