Please tell me your magic cures for insomnia.
I'm currently 15+5 pg with DC1 - haven't been sleeping properly since I found out i was pg. I can get to sleep no problem, but tend to wake about 3am and then toss and turn for an hour or so, sometimes more than once a night.
I've tried a bath, relaxing music on iPod...am on a waiting list for pregnancy yoga...but nothing is currently making any difference.
People keep telling me i should sleep now before DC arrives - yes, very helpful thank you except I CAN'T SLEEP! Sorry, rant over.
Help!
