Anyone else feel jittery in the morning/early afternoon? I think it's tiredness related (never seem to get enough sleep). Only 8 wks, just wondering if others had this?

Low blood pressure? It's common first trimester.

Or low blood sugar.. can you eat first thing?

ChicaMomma · 21/02/2014 14:06

I had this up until around 16 weeks- i just had to make sure i had fruit within minutes of waking, well, minute i got out of the shower i'd go down in my towelling coat and have a big load of melon or something then i'd be fine! it's definitely low blood sugars/BP, but nothing really to worry about, just make sure you're eating regularly- they'll keep an eye on your BP anyway during your pregnancy.

Thanks guys makes sense as i tend to have low BP anyway!

Yep - eat. Keep some dried fruit or healthy cereal bars beside the bed and snack before you get out of bed.
