Sorry for the TMI but BLIMEY!!

I know a side effect is that the supplements can make some people's poo go black but bloody hell, I didn't think it would actually happen!!

Why?????

And it's a bugger to wipe off (sorry for tmi!) I've now invested in Andrex washlets. AMAZING little things

I'm just glad I haven't suffered with constipation - that was what I was most worried about!!
