Hello everyone, newbie member here, and due 20th December!

I'm currently taking one Sanatogen Pronatal and one MumOmega per day. My diet is pretty varied, the only thing is that I have gone completely off fish.

I'm wondering (had mild panic yesterday) that I'm not getting enough Omega3, even with the supplements.

I was just wondering if I should try and stomach, one lot of oily fish per week, plus one MumOmega per day, or take two. I'm reluctant to take two if I'm honest as the blurb says that each capsule contains the recommended daily guideline amount.

Can anyone offer any advice please? Thanks.

It says on the pack that you can take 3 Mumomega tablets per day but I have only taken 1 with 1 Pronatal like you. I'm now 39 weeks and fine. Just continue what you are doing. I don't like oily fish either, strictly cod only and 1 tablet is enough for me!

That's brilliant, thank you! You've put my mind at rest.
