In pain trapped wind? Or bh

Hi I'm 32 weeks. I've had back ache all day like period pains.

My tummy has been bit iffy today and it's feeling really tight like trapped wind but really pain ful. I haven't even over Eaten but feel really bloated.

Last half an hour my tummy is in agony, I know I sound silly.

Is it just trapped wind or bh contractions.
Sorry I sound like I'm being over the top but in pain

Sorry for the last post as soon as I posted it went to the loo and had a massive pop then bk with a case of the runs. Sorry tmi still quite alarmed as I never get runs but at least I can explain the pain
