During my last pregnancy I didn't even test til day 44 of cycle and still didnt have any symptoms!Looking back the only thing I could detect was I went off eating bananas that I used to eat every day for lunch! And then from then until about week 12 I was always hungery (starving!) - couldn't go longer than an hour at a time without food and couldn't stop thinking about food! No strange cravings at all - sadly - always wanted to have a good story to tell!

Congrats by the way! Hope you continue to feel well! Ididnt even have morning sickness although I think I used to get a bit nauseous as the afternoon went on and then the feeling would pass.

I'm ttc so hoping to experience some real syptoms soon if I'm lucky!

I don't think I got much until 6 weeks or so with all 3 of mine. Even then it was only an occasional bit of queasiness. I think the tiredness kicked in at about 8 weeks but they're the only symptoms I get, no sore boobs, etc for me!!

Oops, forgot to say congrats, and have you posted on your antenatal club thread for your due date? They're great!!

Simmsie I answered the other thread. Congrats on your news and maybe you'll be lucky like me and not have any sickness at all.

i suffered extreme tiredness - however was working for the BBC on a TV set doing 20 hour days for the first 3 months of pregnancy, so no wonder i was knackered. soon packed that in.

good luck x

I am 9 1/2 weeks, and from weeks 5 - 6 I was feeling absolutely shattered. However I was in Moscow on my own at the time, so am not sure how much that had to do with it. From week 7 I started 5o suffer from afternoon and evening queasiness. Mornings are not a problem.

Hi Simmsie

I posted a message just like yours when I was 5 wks. 'I'm absolutely fine', I said, 'am I one of the lucky ones?'

Unfortunately not! Week 7 I was absolutely shattered. Week 8 I started to feel sick. Weeks 9, 10 and 11 were a complete write off. I'm now 12 wks and I'm starting to feel a bit better. It's been the longest month of my life.

Expect the worst and hope for the best. Do all the things you enjoy now - go out, see friends, take exercise - just in case you have to spend 4 weeks under your duvet or next to a bucket.

I'm reliably informed it will get better. Here?s hoping!
