Argghhhhhhhh a big sore pile!!

Oh my god I have a pile that has appeared and it is sooooo painful! I can't even touch it and it hurts to sit down! I don't wanna go doc so what can I put on it!!!!!!

Anusol! I know how you feel OP I braved boots last weekend and it's worked a dream! Although I have a but of loose skin there now and it still flares up when I open my bowels it's nice to know I can take the discomfort off of it now I have something.

Get Lidocaine! I think you can get it without prescription from the chemist... it numbs the area so at least you can sit down...
