I'm currently trying to get pregnant with DC2 and switching my beauty regime over to safe stuff in case it happens and I don't realise etc etc. What facial moisturiser do people use? I want one with an SPF in it but the ones I've looked at are filled with chemicals I'd rather not use if pregnant.

Honestly, I think you are overthinking this. Use a good quality moisterizer and relax. Grin I do not believe that using things that are designed for your face could possibly do any harm. Good luck ttc

I use plain Nivea, but I don't think it has sunscreen. Check the NHS choices website - they even have a Q&A bit at the bottom you can ask them questions on.

Ta. The ones I use have essential oils in them which are a big no no. Will have a look at NHS choices.
