I am currently 13weeks,2days pregnant.
Friday night I had a sickness bug which lasted 12hours, I kept myself hydrated and took Monday off work just to make sure I felt ok, went back to work today and got sent home as felt nausea and dizzy spells, I'm also having period like pains.
What shall I do??
