After having first Babba who was quite large and quite difficult I had a few little tiny piles. First Babba is now 4 and these piles have never bothered me or hurt or anything! anyway now pregnant with Babba 2 at 24 weeks and all of a sudden my bum is very sore, when I have a feel I can feel these piles but they feel a lot bigger than I remember and they even sore to sit on at mo! What can I do?????
