Dizzy!

22 weeks with DC2 and dizziness has come and gone all through this pregnancy, which I didn't experience first time around. Usually a sit down and a rest sorts me out but for the last day and a half even sitting down I'm lightheaded - any ideas what could be causing it and/or if I should get checked out at the GP?

It could be low iron- are you taking any supplements?
Might be worth your while trying an iron supplement.

Low blood pressure maybe. Yes I'd go to your go just to check

Bloods and bp checked at scan two weeks ago and no issues. Guess they can fluctuate reasonably quickly tho?

Dehydration? Makes me dizzy have to have bottle of water with me at all times
