I don't mean remedies, ime none of then really worked for me except maybe ice cubes but it's too cold for that.
I mean how do you manage to keep going when you feel so rubbish? Whether at work out with other kids to look after, how do you keep up with things as far as is possible? When you feel so drained and sick.
And can someone please tell me the secret of quietly vomiting so no one notices? I have 2 play dates this week and a lunch out, and I don't know how to run away and vomit and do so quietly if I need to. I honestly can't figure out how people manage to keep being pregnant quiet for 12 weeks!
I haven't vomited yet but I feel v nauseous and today is the first day I've been fighting the urge to vomit.
