I am 20wks pregnant. I didn't even realise I was starting to produce milk.
I was getting undressed and almost leapt onto the ceiling when my top brushed my nipple. On inspection, I have a yellow spot on the tip of my nipple. I didn't know it was there 15 minutes ago bby my god it is hurting now.
I did a quick google search and have decided it is a blocked duct causing a milk blister. All the advice to get rid seems to do with breast feeding. I won't be doing that for some time. Has anyone else had this? How do I get rid of it?
