24 + 6 weeks - lower right hand tummy pain/ache when walking/eating a lot

Hi I'm 24 + 6 weeks pregnant and, over the last week/10 days or so, have been having a (dullish but lingering) ache/pain in the lower right-hand side of my tummy when/after walking and/or eating (admittedly after largish meals) - does anyone else have this or know if it's normal? Does this sound like Round Ligament Pain?? Am a bit worried so any guidance/reassurance would be hugely appreciated! (ps can still feel baby moving around like crazy and have also had my appendix out so def not that) - THANK YOU!!

I'd guess it's your ligaments stretching - I have issues with this (slightly behind you at 23+3) and it sounds similar. Nothing to worry about apparently.

Thanks Rara!

Hi, I am 23 weeks and have similar, the pain is right under my bump where my appendix scar is and is worse when walking or moving about.
I just assumed its round ligament pain although I haven't spoken to midwife as I haven't seen her since it started.
It comes and goes and I've noticed it's worse after I've done activity like hoovering.

Romani sounds like we have exactly the same thing - I think it must be RLP....reassuring to hear that we have similar symptoms.

I had this yesterday after going for a run, I'm 24 weeks tomorrow. Strange that it's the right side. I think possibly it's just to do with activity? Anyway it went away so it is probably RLP. Does bloody hurt though doesn't it?!

Snowlet: I had to give up running at about 21 weeks due to intense pain afterwards - mine wasn't on either side in particular, just all over my lower abdo/groin, but so bad that I could barely walk and couldn't wash/dry/dress myself as I couldn't lift my legs. Frustrating!

yes i am guessing that if the pain subsides it cabn't be anything serious, right? Has anyone had this pain after eating a large meal??

RaRa I tried again this morning and the pain started with walking, I never even made it to running! It may be I'm going to have to give up as well, blah. Jealous of these ladies that manage to do things like run a half marathon at 32 weeks!
