Bug at 9 weeks, do I need to worry?

I have had a horrible upset stomach since Thursday evening. I have also been sick but that has stopped now. It's a bug that is doing the rounds so I know it's that rather than a pregnancy thing (although I'm constantly nauseous anyway). I'm able to drink lots but just wondered if I should be worried, do I need to speak to GP or midwife?

As long as you don't get dehydrated then there's nothing you can do, so no need to ring midwife. If you're not improving within 5 days you should ring GP for advice, but as you're not throwing up any more it sounds like its working its way out. Hope you feel better soon :)

Oh and obviously don't take anything for it such as immodium, although you can have dioralyte if you feel dehydrated!

Thanks Rockchick, fingers crossed it passes soon!
