I had mine yesterday, did anyone else feel crappy afterwards and have a badly bruised arm - or am I just having a pathetic day? X

my arm hurt like hell for a good few dsys afterwards :) Ã?Ã?Ã?

I did and stupidly had my flu jab at the same time ? it passes!

Yeah I felt like crap for two weeks after, also a very painful arm.

Yes I felt crap for the rest of the day - kinda out of it and needed to sit down a lot. Really sore arm but paracetamol took the edge off and two days later I feel fine apart from being heavily pregnant

I just posted a similar thread this morning!

Feel fine in myself but my arm is very sore and I still can't lift it above shoulder level. Most people seem to be saying 3-4 days for the arm to feel better.

Had a v bad arm. Potentially very worth it though.

It's funny we were both thinking the same thing on the same day Legal. Hope you feel a bit better soon. A long school run with buggy has not helped mine I have to say!!

I had mine 2 weeks ago I've still got a red mark on my arm but for the first four days was couldn't lay on my arm and was in agony. I didn't think it would of been that bad.

Some people don't react I'm one of the unlucky ones lol and yes for couple of days after felt a bit crap

Had mine yesterday and felt totally rubbish after! Was in bed by 7 arm is still super sore now. And I got it in my left arm but that meant I couldn't sleep on that side

I had mine yesterday. Arm feels like it has a slight bruise but that's all.

I had more heart flutters than usual. And a sore arm for a week.
