I have been a doing prenatal Pilates DVD but getting a bit bored with it. Does anyone else have any other recommendations? Either for things done at home or classes done? Thanks

There's a Davina one, I used it in my last pregnancy. Think I bought a copy of eBay.

I'm doing pregnancy yoga. It's very gentle so if your new to yoga it's not to hard going. I go to a class as wanted to meet other mums to be.

Want to start swimming but have been incredibly lazy and haven't been yet!!

I do pregnancy yoga and really enjoy it. As Scotmum says it's super, super gentle but you get to like it and appreciate the value of a good stretch. I also swim and it's brilliant, once you get started it is much easier to keep going. Walking, on the other hand, has not been that great. Hope you find something you enjoy :)

Thanks all there is a yoga class near me so I'll email and see if I can join that. DH starts taking DS to his Saturday morning rugby class in a few weeks so I might go swimming then. Want to keep it varied so I don't get bored.

Thanks again for the tips

I've just this week felt better after a couple of months of morning sickness and planning on getting back into body pump and swimming. Can't remember who I lent my pregnancy yoga DVD to but wouldn't mind doing that too.
