Right I'm going to sound like a plonker because I'm going to have to give birth with numerous people seeing my vagina lol .

I've got a ultra sound at 36 weeks to check to see if my placenta has moved up.

My notes say I may have to have a vaginal scan. I'm totally freaking out is it painful. And what happens.

I know I'm a wimp

Its like someone shoving a dildo up your floo but without any pleasure lol. Ive had loads of internal scans in the past. Never been uncomfortable either :-)

Chances are they'll see all the need with a regular ultrasound, they'll do that first. Only if that shows the placenta is still marginally near the cervix will they want to do a dildocam.

It's not that bad, like the others have said, but you can refuse if you don't want it. You're a grown up after all, no one gets to stick anything up your chuff without your consent!
