So I'm only 5-6weeks pregnant and since I've found out I've been having such wierd dreams, they seems so real!!

Has anyone else experienced this?

I had a recurring dream about having sex with a man in a bear costume in my childhood bedroom.

I have been having such bizarre dreams and had no idea why. Had a truly horrible one about a friend from school snapping and killing her youngest....one of the best mummys I know and woke up crying.

Also my SIL is 39 weeks and I keep having dreams she had her baby including one where it turned out to be twins (it's not) but she refused to have the second one Shock

Yes I used to dream my husband was cheating on me and he is the most loyal, loving and unlikely man to ever do that so I'm guessing it was my subconscious insecurities about myself. I'm def not at my best in first trimester when I got them last pregnancy. It was always with troubled tv characters as well that were a bit scruffy????

Loads in the first trimester, really odd ones. Trailed off at around 14 weeks. At 29 weeks now and back to really really weird dreams where I've had the baby but it's not the way I expected it to be. Some have turned out lovely, others not so nice, but they're getting weirder every night.

Yes, I had them in first and last trimester. Mostly about Brendan Brady (the character that was in Hollyoaks) Confused

My gorgeous colleague told me she'd dreamt about me coming to work with my baby in a kind of kangaroo pouch (am 26 weeks) . Baby was still growing in there but I lifted her out to show people & she had long blonde hair! Random Smile

It was my first symptom. The first pg I dreamt I was Beyonce, I actually was Beyonce. I had ace long curly hair and was desperately trying to find JayZ. I have no idea where this came from as I'm not a fan.
Next PG I dreamt my Mum was pregnant, I was laughing at her. Next night I dreamt my friend was pregnant with a monkey and she also kept it in a kangaroo pouch. The dreams have calmed down a little but I still get some very weird dreams.

Oh yes! Dreadful, horrible, crying-in-my-sleep type dreams because such strange stuff was happening in them and my poor little brain couldn't make sense of it all! It passed tho with time.

Rachswift · 12/02/2014 14:43

This was my first symptom aswell because I never usually remember what I've dreamt about when I wake up, but I remember everything! So strange!
