Anyone else in their first trimester having weird groin/leg pain. Almost like period pain but slightly lower. I'm 7 weeks

Yes. Weird pains from ribs to bum to legs. Did ask mw and gp, reassured all normal and cause by hormone relaxin and everything stretching and being connected.
