Calcium Supplement

I've only known I'm pregnant for a couple of days now, with our first baby. I'm already taking an antenatal vitamin, but I'm concerned I may not get enough calcium in my diet. I'm lactose intolerant, and can't drink milk, or eat most dairy products. I can usually tolerate yoghurt, and some of the harder cheeses, but that's it. I do drink almond milk all the time, but I'm not sure there's really any calcium in it.

I'm only about 2-3weeks along (according to the digital HPT), so I haven't spoken to a GP or MW as yet. If I need to take a supplement, is there a rule of thumb for how much I should take?

I took a normal calcium supplement along with a pregnancy multi vitamin. As recommended by my midwife. (I have a dairy free diet.)
