Thanks ever so much for your support ladies.
I wiped dark brown discharge a couple of times on Monday morning (2am) followed by cramps and more dark / stringy discharge the next couple of days and after going absolutely hysterical I had managed to convince myself I had lost the baby. I thought I was going to go mad.
Went to the EPAC today and.... I have a beautiful 9 week 4 days baba with a strong heartbeat and the most perfect hands, brain with two hemispheres which we saw, knee caps, spine...!!! Our baba is just perfect.
I really hope this post gives hope to the women who are in the limbo of waiting for their scan. I was in tears in the waiting room and left almost skipping!
PS: If you were the lovely lady at the RVI hospital today at 12:45 who brought me a tissue when I got teary in the waiting room and sincerely wished me luck, I cannot thank you enough. Random acts of kindness like yours have a huge impact, it certainly did on me. Cannot believe what kind people there are out there. THANK YOU!
