If I cough laugh sneeze I wee a little I'm 30 weeks and after months of throwing up I think I've weakened my bladder lol from the word go I've have had lots of discharge and feel like I stink lol

Apparently it's normal I have to say it's been consistant throughout whole pregnancy, now my little bundle of joy kicks me low and need a wee allllll the time.

I partly think because our smelling senses are stronger thought out preg that has summit to do with it. My sense of smell is very strong

I even asked my hubby if I smelt funny and he said you don't smell any different lol the joys of pregnancy

Tenna lady is your friend ....

You might want to get a urine sample checked - I had no symptoms other than thinking my wee was a bit pungent but when I had to give a sample at my 8 week booking appointment I got told I had a urine infection. After a few days of antibiotics the smell has definitely improved! I had ignored the smell as I thought it was just my over-sensitive pregnancy nose but I guess not!

Tenna lady is definitely my friend at mo.

Do lots of pelvic floor exercises is my advice.

I posted a thread today about coughing and incontinence. Its pretty miserable. If I could go back I would definitely do more Kegels. Your midwife or a quick google will give you more info if you need it.
