dry throat

hi im 31 weeks pregnant and my throat is really dry and it gives me chest pains i also get a bit of blood from nose

I've got a bit of a cold/chesty thing at present. I asked the pharmacist what I could use and was told dissolvable paracetamol to coat the back of my throat. Eh boke!!! So am just coping as I am!! (ps am 38 weeks if that's relevant)
