How good have your work been at arranging this.....?

Getting peeved my work have left it so long. They found out I was pregnant before the 12 week stage due to severe morning sickness, I am now 34 weeks with no cover in place or planned.

Due to finish week 38, although struggling to manage tbh - and workload just seems to be getting more onerous, rather than less as I try to get everything to a semi-complete stage before finishing up.

Have a sit down with boss tomorrow and need to say something, but not sure how to approach the matter....

i felt i needed to be involved but soon realised it wasn't really my job to replace myself, so i wrote handover notes and e mailed them to my boss and hr and stopped worrying about it.
i met up with replacement and spent a week showing him the ropes, it worked out fine!

My work are brining in my replacement so I can do a 4 month handover! I do a lot of travel in my role so I expect they're aware I'll not be able to do that going forward and are making provisions!

My work have known since 5 weeks (Unofficially - told my line managers as I was feeling really sick), and I'm now nearly 19. Nothing has been sorted so far, and since they are notoriously bad at organising cover at my work, I'll bet it's a long time before they sort it. They have said they would like me to do a handover with someone though.

However, I'm not stressed about it - it's their problem and its up to them to sort it. I've had a couple of duff mat covers when they were off, so it's their turn

I'll keep to my side of he bargain and leave comprehensive hand over notes, which I did last time I was off.
