First trimester crazy paranoia - anyone else?

This is my first time, and apart from being exhausted and feeling sick all of the time, I'm also making myself a nervous wreck by imagining everything that could go wrong every five minutes. Did anyone else go through this and did it wear off? I keep working myself up and feeling like a nutcase.

Thanks SweetPea /FirstTime. That's exactly what I feel like. I have to keep checking the tests to make sure I'm not dreaming this whole thing. I'm already feeling quite nauseous and very tired. Just can't wait for the scan. Then we can really enjoy it :) x
