Pre eclampsia diagnosis at 27wk - when did you give birth?

Just wondered anyone else who has been diagnosed with pre eclampsia early ish on (I'm 27&5) how long the pregnancy lasted?

Bp was165/90 so on labetolol 200 twice a day. Urates levels raising by about .04 every few days (now 375 max should be is 350). Doppler scan showed bilateral notching.

No protein yet. Have had pre eclampsia twice before but never diagnosed this early - they were induced at 36&38wks.

Just scared as everything online in medicaljournals points to prematurity around 35wk or earlier with this Doppler scan result, urate problem and b.p problem and terrified of giving birth to a 1lb baby that may not survive

Thanks for any experience ! Worried.

My friend was diagnosed at 26 weeks and induced at 34 weeks in the end, everything absolutely fine, her little boy is a bruiser now at 12 months.

Did they mention anything about Vitamin D?

probably not, most medics arent fond of supplements it seems!!
