When did your milk come in? Worried about BF?

Just wondering what everyone's experiences with their milk coming through are? I know everyone is different and it doesn't make any difference what size your breasts are but did anyone worry about being able to breast feed?

Dc1 born friday at noon, milk on tuesday, fed for 19 months
Dc2 born sunday afternoon, milk on wednesday, fed for 2,5 years
Dc3 born saturday morning, milk on monday, 13 mo still feeding

I am as flat in the boob area as keira knightly (sp.)
