How many weeks does your due date on your notes make you?

Measuring you is just a way of keeping an eye on the pregnancy, not determining due date. Has your midwife spoken to you? You could be measuring ahead, or you could have ovulated very early/had some breakthrough bleeding which you thought was a period and have a due date which makes you 32 weeks now.

Hi Hun, measuring bump isn't an exact science it depends on who measures you tbh each midwife could start and stop measuring from a slightly different point. They say it's one cm to each week so at 30 weeks bump should be around 30cm, I'm 36 weeks measuring 38cm but my midwife said not to worry I'm quite tall so she said that's probably why, plus baby's grow at different rates etc also depends on how baby's laid, my bump is noticeably bigger/smaller depending on how she's laid Grin if they are ever "worried" about measurements or growth they would refer you for a scan :) my lo has always measured big she's above the 90th centile line on the graph in my mat notes so she's either gunner be a beast or I have lots of amniotic fluid (or fat!) but as midwife pointed out as long as the growth shows a steady incline on the graph and follows the lines on there in terms of how growth progresses there's no worries ( I had a bmi of 32 when I fell pregnant aswell so I'm sure this will have affected "bump measuring!") hth xxxx

Dating scans are accurate +/- 7 days, and conception can take place up to a couple of days after ovulation so you'll never be able to pin down the exact moment of conception or due date to the day.
