Do I need a consultant care on pregnancy: two fibroids and one adnexae cyst?

Just had my 12 weeks scan, and found there are two fibroids on uterus and a cyst in right adnexae.

Here are the comments:
The uterine wall contains two posterior fibroids measuing 564666mm and 242123mm. Within the right adnaxae is a well rounded mass measuing 464651mm. The mass contains solid and cystic components suggestive of a dermoid cyst.

I checked online, which said it is not a good sign when cyst contains solid components. If it is malignant, I will need to have surgery and lost my baby.

But I was only offered a normal 20 week scan, and no one seems to monitor the fibroids and cyst. How can I ask for a consultant care on pregnancy?

Have anyone met a similar situation?

I don't know about the cyst bit I would want to be under consultant care if I had fibroids due to the increased risk of bleeding.

How many weeks are you now? You probably will be given a consultant appointment and if not ask your GP to refer. Dermoid cysts are very common in our age group and lots of women have them without knowing so try not to worry. The consultant will discuss with you the pros and cons of surgery.

I didn't have a cyst but had multiple fibroids (largest 120mm, one at 80mm, a couple more around 60mm and more smaller ones). I was under consultant care but it didn't kick in until post 20 weeks. So I had 12 week scan, then 20 week as normal. I then had 4 weekly scans until 32 weeks and 2 weekly thereafter (together with consultant appointments)
