6wks pg: a painful lump (lumps?) in my breast

I'm 6wks pregnant with my third child, so I'm all too aware of the changes my body is going through and whilst I know it's normal to feel some tenderness in my boobs at this stage, I seem to have one (maybe two) lumps at the bottom of my right breast that are very sore to touch. If I press too hard (or my sons do, by accident) it really hurts.

The lumps move with my breast. They don't feel like a cyst (which I've had before).

Should I go to the doctor? I'm due to see the midwife in 2.5wks for my booking in appointment and will obviously mention it then, but do you think I should wait?

I'm pretty sure there were no lumps or pain before the pregnancy.

Always see your GP with breast lumps. Most likely, it is nothing and 'just' pregnancy related, but best to see them.

Yup, go and see your gp. Most likely pregnancy related but breast lumps are not worth taking chances with.

Thanks everyone. I took your advice and went to the doctors last night. She thinks it's just a cyst and has put me on antibiotics and told me to go back in a week if there's no improvement. Fingers crossed...
