), and for much longer periods of time when exercising sometimes? Was out running earlier today and gave myself a really nasty tight pain across my lower abdo, into my groin, and between my legs. Seems worst when I lift my legs up or forward (so most of the time when running!). Got back nearly two hours ago and it's still painful now, though not nearly as bad and more of a dull ache now.
