I thought my shoes felt a little snug when I put them on last night and now I've woken up to chubby feet Sad

It isn't even like I'm on them all day but I'm very guilty of having my legs crossed underneath me..... Hmm

Any tips on how to relieve the swelling/discomfort or are swollen feet just another aspect of pregnancy we have to endure??

I had the same Hmm I wore the same pair of sandals for the last 2 months of my pregnancy (when I wasn't working) and I STILL have the tan lines on my feet!

I'm not sure if you can help/prevent it, maybe just putting your feet up as much as possible? I was on my feet all day at work and it was awful! I spent most of my last 2 days sitting down because my feet were getting painful Hmm

As Sammie says the only thing is to keep your feet up as much as possible. I now have a small stool under my desk at work so I can keep my feet up when sitting. The other thing is to make sure you do move around periodically, at least hourly I was advised as it keeps your circulation going. And yes I can totally empathise, having completely lost sight of my ankles as they are so swollen!

I'm only 13 weeks but have started wearing maternity compression tights and leggings. They help stop the swelling and leg cramps, tho take some effort in the morning to put on. Pebbleuk.com do a great variety.
