period like pains?

Every now and again I keep getting period like pains and I really do not know why I get them I just feel like I am about to come on period when I am obviously not as I am 6 weeks pregnant so can anyone tell me whats happening please? xxxxx

its quite normal early in pregnancy as things are stretching out. the only time you need to be worried is if pain is severe and/or accompanied by bleeding.

both my pregnancies have involved that type of pain at various stages!

I had period type pains I went to the doctors an had my urine tested, turned out I had a urine infection. Sometime it's worth getting it checked out if your worried
