I am already over weight and I just cant stop eating I literally eat all day usually I cant eat that much but for some reason I have got more of an appetite has anyone else had this? xxx

I had a huge appetite when I was pregnant eating 3 large meals and snacks in between all of them. If you find you're snacking a lot try healthy foods. I was snacking on lots of fruit mainly for the vit c as I had anaemia. And blitz up some smoothies

I'm now 33 weeks and my appetite has increased loads this week. I'm gorging all morning and then eating my dinner in the evening too. I end up feeling shit for th rest of the day because I've eaten an enormous breakfast

Me too! Everyone says to eat healthy but i have been craving sweet foods (chocolate). its really not helping my skin. I'm eating lots of fruit as well... and carbs... and veg... and everything else really but chocolate... i love chocolate more than ever before... oh dear!

I eat like every 2 hours or so ... Feels like I never stop. Always hungry - going to be the size of a house by my due date at this rate (only 17 weeks) ... Grim

I ate like a Tudor King according to the girls at work, lol! Literally gorged onself as I was ravenous! My DD was quite a big girl though. I gained 5 stone in the end though... I was very skinny pre pregnancy- but even so, 5 stone was just ridic! Pure glutton, ah well; you live and you learn!

Try eating more protein, it usually takes away the urge to eat any old crap

I have days where I can't face food at all and other days where all I want to do is stuff my face with food! Trying to stick to healthy snacks but the other day I ended up having 4 biscuits and 3 ice lollies as snacks, not healthy at all but hey ho.
