ok bear with me!
during the qualifying weeks I was under the Impression that I needed to earn an average of £107 during that time. im part time so it worked out to 16 hrs per week. sometimes I wasn't given those hours even though I let my manager know that I needed them so when I wasn't getting them. She put a holiday in insted. now yesterday I got a letter through saying that I didn't earn enough to get smp but I thought I did with my holiday pay? when calculating smp do they ignore holiday pay?
