ok bear with me!
during the qualifying weeks I was under the Impression that I needed to earn an average of £107 during that time. im part time so it worked out to 16 hrs per week. sometimes I wasn't given those hours even though I let my manager know that I needed them so when I wasn't getting them. She put a holiday in insted. now yesterday I got a letter through saying that I didn't earn enough to get smp but I thought I did with my holiday pay? when calculating smp do they ignore holiday pay? Sad

SMP is based on how much money you actually got paid during the qualifying period. It doesn't matter whether you were on holiday or at work, it's the actual amount you received that counts.
