I'm 5 and a half weeks pregnant and last night I had some red blood after weeing, now today everytime I have wiped there has been a brownish discharge on the paper...totally worried it's the start of a MC, i've MC 3 times before but never so early and not had these symptoms before. .has anyone experienced this, if it's normal how long should o expect it to go on before I really panic?

Thanks

Hi, i have MC 4 times so i know all too much about them :( have you had any cramping pains?

I think you need to ring the doctor/midwife they will probably check your hcg levels and to early for a scan. It's one of those things that bleeding can be fine or a sign of the worse. I really hope it's the first one. Good luck ThanksThanksThanks

Exactly how I'm feeling. Started bleeding on Sunday, not heavy but going through 4 liners a day. Have to wait 10 days til scan. I keep thinking the worst. I went back to work waitressing today thinking it will keep my mind off things but I just feel weak and sick

When is your midwife appointment?

Pandora321 · 23/01/2014 11:48

Me? I don't have an appointment. I went for a scan 2 days ago and she said even though she could only see the sac it look normal for a 6 week pregnancy. Only thing is I thought I was 9+5! Have to wiat 10 days to see if there is any change. It's a possibility that I either got my dates wrong or that it has stopped growing
