Did not bring on labour for me necessarily, but did definitely soften the cervix, and meant that I did not tear despite bigger baby! I did go into labour within 24 hours of taking the first dose and had the baby within 7 hours of the second.

jasmine helps to bring on contractions/make them more bearable etc. pop a couple of drops on a tissue and put next to your head. also Clary sage is a great labour oil. like a gas and air effect on the body.

Both ! But I think personally it was the internal one that did the work! This maternitycorner website was where I got the information.

I asked the midwife yesterday about inserting EPO and if there was any truth in it helping and she said absolutely not!
