34 weeks pregnant. Raised blood pressure.

My BP has always been 120/60 or thereabouts.

Today it was 160/60. MW said it was raised, but nothing else.

Should I be worried?

Mine was "raised" last time and it was higher than yours (forgot the exact number) and she asked me to be vigilant for pre-eclampsia symptoms (headaches, selling, vision etc..) and that was it. She wasn't overly worried.

I wouldn't say i was stressed out about anything at the moment either!
