Going for this scan tomorrow and can't help but worry! Am 18 weeks+2. Have this scan with a doc- will we still get pics and the gender do you think? X

The gender part will depend on your hospitals policy but most will tell you if they can see it but they won't spend time looking for it. You should get pics though. Good luck, hope your lo is safe and well x

Is this your '20 week' or an additional one?

I think most people have a love/ hate relationship with scans - the anticipation is awful but it's lovely to see a healthy little baby kicking and waving.

It's in addition due to my sister having a condition called larcens syndrome. Doc said my risk is very low as 0.01 % or something but booked the scan as reassurance. X
